Open Positions
Transportation
Masterpiece Transportation drivers are valued members of our shipping team. The job primarily consists of operating a late-model tractor-trailer, involving on-time deliveries and pick-ups to various locations as required by the Dispatch team. We work with both company drivers and owner-operators, and we are happy to say that we do not outsource to other trucking companies. We have local routes as well as Florida routes, and we want to work with you!
Off-loading product is required, and you must have a valid CDL-Class A license.

As a member of our greenhouse team, you’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of plants, nurturing their growth and contributing to the creation of beautiful and vibrant spaces. Whether you have experience in horticulture or are just starting your journey, we welcome individuals who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to learn. From tending to plants, ensuring optimal growing conditions, and assisting with plant propagation, to providing and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, there are various roles available to suit different skill sets and interests. Merchandising
Are you passionate about plants and looking for a rewarding career in retail? Look no further! We have some fantastic work opportunities available at your local Meijer or Home Depot that might just be the perfect fit for you.
Imagine a workplace where you get to work with beautiful plants! Our merchandisers create and maintain sharp-looking plant displays at retail locations near you. Our team provides outstanding and professional customer service to our customers/vendors. Schedules are flexible and can accommodate most situations.
Must perform physical tasks, and maintain communication with store associates, local supervisors as well as the Masterpiece Flower Company staff.
