Masterpiece Flower Company hires seasonal and part-time help in local garden centers. We service stores in eight states: Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri and Minnesota. While we occasionally hire full-time or long-term employees, the majority of our hiring happens each spring. To keep up with the demand in floral and garden products from March through June, Masterpiece hires hundreds of seasonal employees to create plant displays, care for plants and help customers and other store associates as needed.
What to Expect
Employment with Masterpiece Flower Company is fun—after all, you’re working among some of the most beautiful plants available! It’s also fast-paced. From Mother’s Day to the middle of June, local garden centers are in high demand, and this is when our seasonal merchandisers help us keep up with that demand. For approximately 10-12 weeks, working 15-20 hours a week, our seasonal merchandisers help unload and stock plants, build plant displays, water and prune plants and help customers locate the plants they need.
